Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the Security Services sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in security services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and institutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the Manpower & Security Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of security service operations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
