The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing client relationships, supervising staff deployment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle manpower and security service operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Supervise daily branch activities including manpower deployment and security service delivery.
- Ensure timely reporting, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain records of contracts, duty rosters, and compliance documents.
- Client Relationship
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the branch.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure service quality standards are met.
- Assist in contract renewals and expansion of services.
- Team Supervision
- Manage recruitment, training, and discipline of security personnel and staff.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and compliance.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve branch targets.
- Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (ESIC, EPF, labor laws).
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to head office.
- Handle audits, inspections, and documentation as required.
- Business Development
- Identify opportunities for new contracts within the branch territory.
- Support tender preparation and participate in negotiations when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Management/Commerce).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manpower or security service operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (PF, ESIC, labor laws).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
