Operations Manager

Position Summary: Oversees overall operations of the security agency, ensuring smooth functioning, client satisfaction, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage security operations across multiple sites.
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Supervise field officers and office staff for effective coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with ESIC, PF, and other statutory obligations.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and operational strategies.
  • Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in manpower & security services.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance procedures and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
