Position Summary: Oversees overall operations of the security agency, ensuring smooth functioning, client satisfaction, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage security operations across multiple sites.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Supervise field officers and office staff for effective coordination.
- Ensure compliance with ESIC, PF, and other statutory obligations.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and operational strategies.
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in manpower & security services.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of compliance procedures and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
